Welcome to the Nebraska Society DAR. We are thrilled to have you visit our website. We invite you to learn more about our mission to preserve history, ensure quality education, and to promote patriotic and community service.
The Nebraska Society was founded in 1894, and we have over 1100 members in 26 chapters across the state. Nebraska Daughters support our nation, state, and communities through various projects including numerous committees, as well as special state and local projects. We hope that seeing this website is a great way to start to learn about the organization. Nebraska Daughters are warm, caring, energetic, and enthusiastic. We welcome new and prospective members as well as welcoming back members to be reinstated. If you know you have a qualifying Revolutionary War ancestor, but think you might, we have lineage volunteers ready and willing to assist and guide you through the research and application process. Thank you for visiting our website. We hope the information you find will be helpful and we look forward to hearing from you. We are here to serve! Miss Candace J.
